Albrights were from Germany. They came to the Texas Republic or what was then Old Mexico in 1835. John Albright was killed and scalped by Indians soon after comeing to what we not know as Houston
Co, TX His wife Eliza Reitzell died bet 1840 and 1850 in Houston Co. Nancy Albright was reported to have smoked a pipe.
