| I am reaseaching the La Fleur Family. My father Michael married Hilda Slyt in Crookston, Mn in l930. Other family names for Hilda were Van Der Wal. Other names for Michael included Van Der Tuig. Family roots were also in Iowa for Michael and both have ancestry from Holland. I am also researching my husband Don's family. Claud Howard was his father who was born on June 5, l983 in Oklahoma. Claud's father was Henry and mother was Lizzie Davis. Henry died when Claud was 3y/o and Lizzie remarried Henry Hetler. Claud had a younger brother Joe Howard who died in the early l950's. Nothing is known of the Howards previous to Claud and Joe. Claud married Goldie Whisenhunt in Texanna, Ok. and the family moved to Ca in the late 1930's. I am willing to help others who seek information regarding our family. |
