| The Howell Family came over from Scotland in the late 1700's and then traveled with the Mormon Migration to Utah in the 1840's or 1850's settling in the Cache Valley and Box Elder Counties. It depends on which wife the line descends from as to which county they settled in. The Kelley Family line comes from both England and Germany. My research of this line of my family is still limited. |
