The Howcrofts of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

I was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, my family and I migrated to Florida, USA. My eldest brother migrated to Sydney Australia, a place frequented in the lineage of my mother, a descendent of Simeon Lord, convict then emancipated, then land baron of NSW. I have traced the Howcroft leg of my family back to Pontefract, Yorkshire. Also have documentation of the Williams - de Harington leg of the family back to the 1100's in England.

I shared this interest with my dear, late mother, and recently have re-enkindled my interest in getting this activity going again.
