| I have been researching the BROWAND family. My search has gotten me back to Jacob Browand in PA who had several children, one of which was David....my great-great grandfather. I cannot find anyone before the 1810 census, but David was born in Erie, PA in 1800. I have no idea what happened to Jacob. Another mystery I have is what the relationship is with the name PROVANT.....it is sometimes connected to the Browand name. If anyone has any info, I would love to hear from you and would be happy to share. |
