The Thomas Howell Family Home Page

I am gathering information on the various family names in both my mothers and fathers ancestory.
The surnames that I know of in my family are as follows.JAMES ANDERSON HOWELL / JOHN PETER LIGHT /WILLIAM J. CRADDOCK / JEFF CONNOR / JOHN W. HANCOCK / WILLIAM HOUCHINS / LUCINDA J. RICKMAN. Most of the preceding families were in the Patrick Co.VA area in the early and late 1800's and some are still there at present. The LIGHT Family came to VA from PA.The line started with JOHN PETER LIGHT who moved to Lebanon Co. PA from Hamburg Germany. JOHN PETER LIGHT was born in 1682. JOHN married MARIA KRIEDER in the early 1700's.

I am also seeking information on the following names from the other side of my family,JACK BAILEY / LAURA WILSON / JESSIE JOYCE / MAGGIE GUNTER. These families were in Rockingham Co. and the surrounding counties in NC and VA.The only time frame I have is the late 1800's to present.
