William Corliss Goldy Gooldy and 3. Mary Bennett. He married (1) Elmiah Cain 21 January 1854 in Camden, Camden County, New Jersey. She was born 05 May 1834 in Pemberton, Burlington County, New Jersey, and died 01 March 1884 in Ashland, Camden County, New Jersey. She was the daughter of James Cain and Sarah Southard. He married (2) Elizabeth C. Prickett 24 February 1868 in by Rev. James M. Goldy. She was born 05 May 1837 in New Jersey, and died 03 December 1891 in Camden, Camden County, New Jersey. She was the daughter of John N. Prickett and Mary A. Unknown.

In Oliphant letters he is said to have lived near Long-a-Coming, near Berlin, New Jersey.

He is mentioned in the will of Job Wilkins.

In the 1860 Census Waterford Twp., Camden County her name is spelled Elmira and she is living with her husband Samuel, son William, daughter Mary. Also in the same household is a Elizabeth Garwood 17 yrs. & Jesse 10 years.
