Louisa Delahay (daughter of John Delahay and Dorothy Mary Butler)²³⁶ was born 1806 in Delaware²³⁶, and died 11 April 1892 in Camden, Camden County, New Jersey²³⁶. She married George Washington Eckel on 29 March 1821 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania²³⁶, son of Johann Andreas Eckel and Elizabeth Nagel.

In 1860 & 1880 she was living with her daughter Ann and her family.
