Catharine had a headstone "in the cemetery of St. Michael's Church at 5th and Cherry Streets." Her tombstone information was part of a list copied from the stones by John A. McAllister, Esq. and furnished to a (apparently Philadelphia) newspaper, which published it with the following notice: "St. MICHAEL'S GRAVE YARD, FIFTH & CHERRY STREETS. For the information of those having connections or friends buried in the Grave-yard at fifth and Cherry Streets, the remains in which are to be removed, we publish the following copy of the inscriptions on the tombstones there, furnished to us by John A. McAllister, Esq. who copied them." This newspaper clipping is contained in a scrapbook held by the German Society. (from LDS film #1312256)
