2. AARON³ HUDSON (BENJAMIN², BENJAMIN¹ HUDSON (THE FIRST)) was born 1822 in Henry County, TN, and died 1889 in Henry Co., TN. He married ARRENNA REDDICK September 09, 1847 in Henry County, TN.

Aaron and two of his brothers, John, and Thomas, joined the Confederate army of Tennessee mentioned above. The first battle of their unit was at Island 10 on the Mississippi River at New Madrid, MO. The entire 46th. infantry surrendered (7,000 men) to the Union Army.

However, Aaron, John, and Thomas, escaped capture along with many other men.
