| BROWN/LYNCH/STEWART/TIDWELL I am looking for any and all information on these surnames. These families all ended up in Texas. The "Brown" side had Choctaw family members and settled around the Sherman, TX area. The Lynch Family emigrated from County Mayo, Ireland--starting with Sean Patrick Lynch. Other family members were Jesse James Lynch (my grandfather), Lorenzo Lynch and Robert James Murphy Lynch. The Stewart family had origins in Natchitoches, LA. My great grandmother's name was Mary Katherine Stewart. She married James Samuel Tidwell in 1906. I am just starting this and would welcome any help. E-mail with any info to lhudson@bradmart.com |
