| Right now I am researching the Blaylock/Blalock branch of my family tree... This will in the future contain more information as I gather it. If you have any information you would like to add to what I already have please email me and we will compare notes. I have found that so far there is the possibility that we are part of the Douglas clan of lowlands in Scotland. Through the stories I was told as I child there was supposed to be some Scoth-Irish in the line some where.I have also found the Thomas Blalock came across on the Forward Frigate which was captained by John Smith. And there are some later referances to the Smiths later in the tree its self. Our family is mostly from Va, or at least that is where the family landed. |
