| I am researching the following surnames: Vawter - My grandfather Ralph Charles resided in the Senlac Saskatchewan area, but I believe his ancestors were from the U.S. He would have been born in the 1890's and died in 1982. The story that has been passed down is that the Vawter line originated with two brothers that came over from France as Hugenot settlers. Does anyone have any information about this? |
