April 17,1998-Now that I've finally installed a CD-Rom in my "legacy" PC, I can use a program like Family Tree Maker and its research CDs. Let the Family Tree begin! I am researching my surname HUGHES, especially in the region southwestern Ontario(Sarnia, Strathroy)and Manitoba(Souris) Also I have almost no info on my mother's surname TOWLSON in England(don't know where) I have limited information to start with as both of my parents have passed away as have most of my aunts and uncles.It just makes the family tree project that much more vital. |
