Annie Parr was born in 1864 and married James Eccles at Christ Church, Moss Side, Manchester on 25 July 1886 .She was brought up in Hoose on the Wirral in a Fishing community at Sea View road now known as Hoylake,Cheshire.They had 5 children ,Alfred Thomas Victor Eccles , Alice Elizabeth Eccles,Edward Stewart Eccles, Ester Annie Eccles and James Cyril Eccles.
