| I have been researching my family history since I was a young child when my Great Aunt Martha spoke to me of Ireland and having family still residing there. I have come to some dead ends as everyone in genealogy research does, and I have stumbled upon some lucky "breaks" which lead me to my ancestors of William Brewster, the Safford Family of Ipswich, Mass, and older lines from England and France. We do have a Hughey Family reunion in Washington County every July which is great! I hope to publish this information one day for all the Hughey descendants. My father was the last to carry the Hughey name. |
