I am researching the Hughes family from Mid to Lower Alabama. I have records of my Great-Grandfather Alexander Jackson Hughes who had 12 children and settled in Alabama about 1870, I have very little information on his children except my grandfather Wilbert Franklin Hughes, and my Father Wilbert Marvin Hughes. I am also researching Majors on my Mothers side, from around Conecuh Alabama to Pensacola, Florida. I have quite a bit on the Majors side dateing back to about 1760. Also researching information on my wife's family, Bedwell and Lawrence from around Springfield Illinois area. I would appreciate any information on these families and would be glad to exchange any information I have. |
