- Desc of Christian (Woehrle) Wehrle (760 KB)
Michael Wehrle *Oct 01, 1801 in Oberweier, changed the spelling of his last name from Woehrle to Wehrle after coming to the USA. (Wehrle is a common name in the Baden area). He is the only descendant of Christian Woehrlin/Woehrle to change the spelling. All of his siblings and ancestors and cousins spelled the name either Woehrlin (Wöhrlin) or Woehrle (Wöhrle. So the only relatives I have with the Wehrle spelling are the direct descendants of Michael who immigrated in 1832.

This file contains the descendants of Veltten Blumenschein. It only goes to the generation containing my great grandmother Catharina Blumenschein Wehrle, but I have data on further generations.
