I am hoping that someone will know something about Stephen Baldwin and Emma, his wife, as found in the military papers of Charles Baldwin, the Civil War hero, who won the Congressional Medal of Honor from the state of Penn. during he Civil War.

I am interested in any mistakes I have made and any information that gives me more ancestors and events in their lives.

Joseph K. Baldwin, born at Fenwick, Charles County, Maryland was a beloved son of Randolph and Sadie Baldwin, an orphan, a young man who kept ties with siblings, a husband, a builder, a beloved father and grandfather, a true friend, a hard worker and a man who died too early, but left his home and family with the ability to go on.
