I have a family tree including my daughter's father's and stepfather's families. Some of the names from my family include Neel, Henderson, Pederson, Cressy, Gow, Gowman, VanWormer, Holey, and many more, coming from Denmark and England primarily and settling in Oklahoma or Michigan and then to Florida. My daughter's father is an Iles with family from the south, Tennessee and Alabama mostly, with a strong Irish heritage.
Her stepfather, my current husband, is a Hurley with surnames of Seale, Earnest, and more, coming primarily from the Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and Carolinas. His sister is now working diligently to follow their tree.
Any information that you have would be greatly appreciated. One person that I would be greatly interested in any information on is my paternal great-grandmother, Daisy Ellen Brock. She may or may not have ever married. Her children took the name Neel, but it is not know if she married him. She lived in Florida and died around the late twenties or early thirties. I have not found her in the Florida death index.
