The Bill Hurds of Shelton, Connecticut

I am just beginning to use Family Tree maker to research and develop a family tree for the Hurds in Stratford, CT and the Middlebrook family in Stratford and Trumbull.

John and Adam Hurd settled in Stratford about 1633 having spent three years in Massachusettes. The Middlebrooks first came to what was known as North Stratford at about the same time and is the area now know as Trumbull, CT.
