This indenture made this 12th day of June of our Lord one thousand eight hundred thirty seven between Jacob Hussung and Daniel Hussung heirs and legal representatives of Mary Robinson late Mary Diesey of the State of Indiana of the one part and William Gileles of the county of McKean and State of Pennsylvania of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these present to grant, bargain and sell unto the said William Gileles and his heirs and assigns forever, all the two undivided -- of a certain lot in the town of Warsaw county of Gallatin State of Kentucky known on the plat as -- of said town as lot no.152 to have and to hold the said two undivided -- part of said described lot of --- with the appurtenances and all the estate rights and title of the said Jacob and Daniel Hessong at -- as in equity unto him the said William Gileles, his heirs and assigns forever for his and their proper use here and whatsoever the said Jacob Hessong and Daniel Hessong for the --- -- -- Executors and administrators the aforesaid two undivided third parts of said described lot of ground and appertaining unto the said William Gileles his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever doth and will for ever warrant and defend by these presents. In witnesseth where of said Jacob and Daniel Hessong here unto set their hands and seals the day and date above written.
