I have been researching my family tree since 1990, give or take a year or two. In 1998 I incorporated my wife's family tree in my searches. Little did I know that it would lead me to 10,000 names....and that was ONLY one branch of four.

I am researching the following names and any help would be of
tremendous help. Huston, Babb, Bowman, Clem, Armstrong, Vaught,
Poore and Dubes. These are the main lines I am searching. As any genealogist knows, one of those names can branch of so many more. All help will be greatly appreciated (I will aknowledgement any assistance by giving credit to the donor). I hope to be able to aid others in their searches as well.

In the beginning I began doing genealogy mostly out of curiosity. It has nearly become an addiction. To me, to find someone you thought you would never find is the biggest thrill, especially after researching for months or years. This has happened to me! I think it is also fun to hear stories about your ancestors...learn how they lived, what they did and how they died.

Thank you in advance for your help and I would hope to start a friendship with each and everyone of you that helps me. Who knows how or if we are related. That is what makes all this so enjoyable.
