Notes for William Brockenbrough:
He was the first of his family to emigrate to the American Colonies of Great Britain. He came to the Massachusetts colony, then moved to Lunenburg Parish, Rappahannock (later Richmond) County. Brockenbrough Creek, for most of its length form the line between Richmond and Westmoreland Counties.
