In 1854 Robert Foresman accepted a call from the Mount Bethel Presbyterian Church near Martin;s Creek, Pa. in 1853. This was a church attended by his great-grandfather, Robert Forsman (1) and his family. Robert Brown was Pastor there until 1873. In 1873 he accepted a call to the Yellow Frame Presbyterian Church near Hackettstown, New Jersey.
