Welcome to my Home Page. I have only been searching my family genealogy for a few years. I have recently found that my ggggg grandfather own a plantation in Henry Co, VA in the middle 1700s. He had a son John Hutchens Sr. b. Oct 16, 1764 in VA John married Molly Taylor daughter of George Taylor and Elizabeth Anyon of Henry Co, VA.

John and Molly bought land in Henry Co, VA on Feb 10, 1787 on the South Side of the South Fork at the mouth of a branch below the plantation of Frederick Hutchens (John's father).When they sold this land on Jan 16, 1802 they were living in Stokes Co, NC. From there they migrated to Cumberland Co, Kentucky.


Surnames I am searching Hutchens, Orange, Shoopman, Pace, Allen, Clouse, Hawks, Turk, Cloyd, Taylor and Jaggers. Any infomation would greatly appreciated.
