Notes for LOUISA CAROLINE WESTER YANDELL:
We now believe that Louisa was a daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Wester. The "Yandell letters" seem to point in that direction. Daniel wrote to John and Minerva about " Louisa and the children" when John and Minerva lived in Missouri after Elizabeth Wester's death in 1845. Prior letters indicate that Louisa was living with the Westers in Tennessee in 1844.
