MY NEW ENGLAND FAMILY

I started to investigate my family history at the prompting of my family with their vague hints of dropping off certain records of the family, asking if I could find out something about it. I started to investigate reluctantly, but it only took me two days to get totally hooked on it! It is now my full time hobby! I was surprised to discover that everyone arrived on the colonial shores in the 1600's! What happened to the Scottish side of the family everyone was taking about? It seems the Bruce branch of the family moved to England at a very early period along with the Norman branch when they invaded England! I don't have the heart to tell my Uncle, who never misses the scottish games and wears the clan colors, that they were more English than Scottish! This is still a very early work in progress. I will probably have 20 years or so of research and would like to hear from any possible relations and we can exchange information.
