I am new at this so bear with my mistakes. Please use this opportunity to email me with any updates you have or corrections. Your help is greatly appreciated. My quest began December 2001. The Oelkers side of my family came from the Hannover region of Germany. Many relatives, rather most of them, still live in Germany. The Walker side I am having more difficulty due to living so far from my relatives. I have only been able to discover that my grandfather was born in Pennsylvania as well as his parents, and my grandmothers parents came from Poland. The challenge continues... |
