Notes for Fred Becker: A Brief History of the Becker Family as written by Ella Becker.
Grandma and Grandpa Becker came from Germany in 1863, and lived on small acres in Wisconsin. Don't know their names or how old they got.
Our father (Fred) came from Germany as a small child.
(source: verbal history of Blanche Ippolito, 2001) Her mother (Olga Becker) said her father (Fred Becker) was only an infant on the voyage over from Germany. The family history said that Fred Becker was one of the only infants that survived the voyage.
Fred Becker spent his last years living with his daughter, Olga and her family. Is died in Minnesota and is buried in Hope Luthern Cemetery, Minneota, Minnesota, along with his wife and daughter Edna.
