Hi ! My name is Francis Cleveland Irby, better known as "Cleve". I was born in Selma, AL and have lived in Fort Lauderdale, FL since 1949.The surnames that I am researching are:

LORETZ
FENDLEY
WIGGINS
COLLINS

I have the IRBY family back to Dr.William IRBY abt. 1630 in England. I am in the Col. J.L.M.IRBY line.

On the Fendley side I am back to Charles FENDLEY abt. 1785 in Scotland.

LORETZ was my dads name, he was adopted by William Cannon IRBY Sr and Caroline STEVENSON Irby Of Laurens, SC and Jacksonville, AL. He was never officially adopted and I am having trouble finding a natural link.

The WIGGINS side is in S.AL at the present time with ggrandfather William Rayford WIGGINS.

The COLLINS Family of Madison, FL is to Joshua COLLINS and Mary B. McNEIL m. 1809.

The SMILEY Family of (Smiley, GA now Fort Stewart)Hinesville and Glenville, GA is presently stalled at John Aaron SMILEY 1828-1894 and Mary Deliah PINHOLSTER 1834-1916.
