Notes for DORATHEA ALBERTINA EWALD:
Loved flowers and kept many growing around the outsider of house and clear down to garage. Had a huge vegitable garden. Each child had a certain number of rows 4 - 5 they were reqired to keep weeded. The household grew everything and only need to buy things like coffee and sugar. She canned fruit to live on for the entire year. A wonderful cook.
