Find Family
I am researching Isbell, Crenshaw, Brooks, Williams, Harriss, Paschal, Bond. They all followed the general migration from Virginia to North and South Carolina, to Georgia, to Alabama, then to Texas after the War Between The States.
Both paternal and maternal ancestors fought at Battle of Kings Mountain during the American Revolutionary War. Pendleton Isbell was one of many body guards for George Washington during the American Revolution.

I will appreciate any information you might have on any of the above, and of course will share any information I have. Am particularly interested in the Paschal line, since the ancestors were massacred by apaches in 1870 near Forestburg,Texas at the log cabin home of John Keenon. Keenon's wife was a sister of Mrs. Paschal. I don't know her maiden name or the name of her husband, or even her name. Census records say that John Keenon married in Florida in the 1850's.
