| My grandmother, Ora Cutts Hungerford, told me a story when I was very young. It included the fact that our ancestors were descended from King Fergus(Ferguson)of Scotland. That's where my quest began and still to this day, I feel a "small joy" in my heart when I find another cousin or ancestor. I had lots of help from my mother, Helen E. Hungerford Tiffany. I was lucky enough to get a detailed oral history before she died early this year (2002). Don't ever overlook your family members or wait too long to ask those questions about your family. Don't let an argument keep your family apart. There are so many surnames in this database. I am hoping to help many people with their genealogy through my family. It's what I do and I love it!
