Don't know his ancestry or origins. The Clark line goes back to a Cornelius Clark, b. 1735 in MD, m. 1782, d. 1824 in Huntingdon Co., PA. The Ivey and Senecal lines are primarily from northern NY and Canada, with the Iveys originally coming from Ireland in the mid-1800s.My Clark line travelled west, first to Licking Co., Ohio, and then ended up in McLean Co., Illinois in the mid-1800s. My Iseminger line moved to Pennsylvania, then to Hamilton Co., OH, then to Indiana, and finally to McLean, Co., ILI would be glad to share my "relative" information with anyone pursuing these lines and would appreciate any information you can provide. I will be adding more specific information in the future. |
