The Willard Harte Isham Family Research

My husband, Willard Harte Isham, died March 25, 1966 in Los Angeles, California. I am researching his Aunts: Mary Isham born 9 January 1905 and Laura Isham born 21 March 1909. Willard's father, Willard Isham died in 1958 in Los Angeles and I have no information about his father's two sisters. The father of these three children was William (Willard) Messer Isham born 15 November 1873. The mother was Laura Brewer Ebersole born 10 October 1882.

I am also looking for information about Willard Harte's birth/adoption. He was birth registered in Takoma Park, Maryland September 12, 1942. Willard Harte told me at his death that he had been told that he was adopted at birth when his parents died in a car crash. He also said that he had seen a document that indicated his father (Willard Isham) was his biological father but his mother (Dorothea Harte) was not his biological mother. Dorothea would not entertain the discussion or give any information. Willard Harte Isham's children would love to learn any information about their father.
