Branch I - Zechariah Mendel Isserles (born about 1775)
lived in or near Zborow, Galitzia now Ukraine.

Branch II - Noach Isserles (born about 1750)
lived in or near Mogilev, Byelorussia now Belarus.

Branch III - Abraham Isserles (born about 1725)
died in Slutsk, Byelorussia now Belarus.

Branch IV - Moses Iserlis (born about 1775)
lived in Kovno part of Russia now Lithuania.
