I am researching Richard JACKSON,b.1515, in Killingswold, Yorkshire, England. He was Married to Ann TODD. His offspring moved to Ireland for some 100 years and helped to start the Quaker Church. They immigrated to America and settled in Chester County Pennsylvania. From there, they helped to settle North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Texas (Isaac JACKSON) was one of the "Old Three Hundred" in Austin's Colony, Texas), Virginia, West Virginia, Indiana, Ohio and other places. Included in this family line of Jacksons were President Andrew JACKSON and Stonewall Thomas JACKSON. If your line of JACKSONS is connected to this line please share your information with us and let's build a complete tree of Richard's descendents. |
