This page is dedicated to the memory of my father, Noel B. Wiggins. November 2, 1909 - July 17, 2004 My research of his family began in about 1990 with two names and two family legends. The names were his parents, Robert Bruce Wiggins and Annie Belle Gill. The legends were (1) that these two people said they were second cousins and (2) that there was a family relationship to General Francis Marion of Revolutionary War fame.It has become apparent that this information is more fact than legend. The following reports are published at last, with a modicum of confidence as to their accuracy. If you find a possible ancestor's name in these reports, please contact me.I would love to hear from YOU!
