The Urbana Post Times was put together by Ralph Oliver with the idea that Urbana needed its own paper. It was a weekly paper but unfortunately it only lasted 4 weeks due to lack of advertising. Fortunately we have 2 of the 4 papers. Copies of the paper and index can be found at the Wabash County Library.
