Primary concern is; linking him to Larkin Jackson born in VA or KY abt 1800 Other branches of family tree interest are the following surnames: Conley (Connelly) of Western NC and later Wyoming County, WV. Also, the Morgan, McCarthy, and Short families of Wyoming County, WV. We have compiled data on above and would be willing to share.

Henry Franklin JACKSON Jr & Ellen Belle McCARTHY (40 KB) Picture of my Grandparents was taken early 1940's at the old homestead on Shannon Branch (McDowell Co., WV). If you will notice; Grandma has her left hand behind her back, this seemed to relieve the awful pain she suffered from cancer in her body. Bless her soul, Grandma was a sweet, gentle, and thoughtful person, she loved her Cats.
