Notes for James Ferrington Allgood: Georgia, Clarke County Know all men by these presents that we J. F. Allgood and E. L. Allgood are bount unto S. B. Wingfield, ordinary, and his successors in office of sid County, in the sum of Twenty one Dollars and thirty four cents, for the payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, and assigns, jointly and severly. The condition of the above bond is such, that if said J. F. Algood the natural guardian of his children, John and Leila Allgood who inherit from the estate of their mother recently deceased the sum of $5.33 each, shall well and truly demean himself according to law as a guardian of such funds when received by him, then the above bond to be null and void, else to remain in full force.

Court of Ordinary July Term 1901 J. F. Allgood natural guardian of his children John and Leila having come into Court and tendered to the Court good and sufficient bond and security, which is hereby accepted by the Court for the guardianship of $5.33 each amount inherited by John and Leila from their mother's estate. It is ordered by the Court that said bond be recorded and that J. F. Allgood be and is hereby vested with all the authority of guardian of this property, to receive the same and manage it according to law. (this next part is added in handwriting ) And R. E. McDorman administrator on estates of E. S. & W. S. Bullock is ordered to turn over said amount to said J. F. Allgood.
