Alec James Family Genealogy

I have been researching my family tree for about seven years and the result is shown on these pages.
I was born in Widnes, Cheshire, England but now live in Glasgow, Scotland. My James ancestors were mainly farm workers in Staffordshire.
In the late 19th century my great grandfather and three of his brothers became railway workers and moved north to Widnes, Warrington, Stretford and Dunham Massey. I know these brothers had children but do not know of any current descendents.
Since starting my research I have made contact with three distant relatives from the Staffordshire descendents and we have been able to share information and connect our family trees.
