* The James Family Tree*

Updated September 6, 2000

Hi, I am realtively new to the Family Tree Search, but have made a bit of progress in a fairly short time, or so I believe. I am researching many areas of my family tree so there are quite a few areas of interest. The main areas at the moment are: James (Wales -> Bermuda), Williams (Wales), Cairns (Ireland -> Wales -> Bermuda), Spurling (England -> Bermuda), Emms (England->Bermuda), Young (Scotland), Symington (Scotland), Redpath (Scotland), Speirs (Scotland), Whit(e)law (Scotland), Thomson (Scotland), Biggar (Scotland), Laidlaw (Scotland). The Scottish names, I believe come from the Berwickshire, Roxboroughshire, and the Midlothian areas. The Welsh names all appear to come from the Glamorgan area). If anyone has any information they think connects plaese let me know, I will also be happy to share any info that I have. Claire
