There is a very close tie to the RUSSELL, JAMES, HITT AND KENTON families in Fauquier in the mid-1700's on. Through marriage?
But darn, if I can make them link. There were at least, 4 JAMES familes in the area at that time. Hopefully, by writing it as such, I can shed some light on it. Perhaps, someone will hold a clue that I am looking for.
