Zacharia Cicotte (son of Jean Baptiste Cicotte) was born February 17, 1776, and died 1850. He married (1) Elizabeth Isaacs. He married (2) Pe-say-quot, daughter of Unknown Kickapoo-Potawatomi and Constant Moran.

Notes for Zacharia Cicotte:
Listed as French by geneology. However, his daughter Susan is listed as 1/8 Osage in the 1801 Family Register of Osage Families. This makes one of his parents Osage. This was most likely an unamed Osage woman, whose children were registered French, but continued trade relations with the tribe. (French trading custom with tribes).
