Betsey may have been the Betsy Hill, widow, who m. Jacob Deboy 8 Sept. 1812 Kanawha Co. VA. No further record has been found of them.

In the 1810 census I found Betsy Hill (from Pennsylvania, Widow of John):
3 Males 0-10, 1 Female 0-10, 1 Female 26-45.
