Notes for Mary Baily: Will of Mary Harlan: The Sixth day of Sept. in 1741 whereas I, Mary Harlan, of the township of Bradford, widow being very sick and weak of body yet of perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body I make this my last will and testament.... First I give and bequeath to my three sons Michael and Joel and George 5 pounds apiece and my daughater Hannah 1 feather bed with the furniture on it and 1 saddle and my wearing apparel to be divided amongst my daughters and that my son George to have 1 colt and that the rest of my estate be sold and divided equally among all my children. I deput my sons John and Robert to be my executors. Her estate was appraised Oct. 10, 1741.
