  Harpsden Court: Samuel and Mary Jemmett were described as "of Harpsden Court" at the baptism of their son Joseph at Rotherfield Greys Church on 27 January 1725/26. A witness was Henry Hall Esq., owner of Harpsden Court and Lord of the Manor.
