Notes for Edward P Hill: I have a memory, and my notes of a family conversation at some time (place or date uncertain), that Aunt Ouida's married name was Hill. I had no information on the name of her husband from our Terry family background. I found reference to this family in the censuses of 1920 and 1930.
In 1920, Edward and wife Ouida are in Fort Benning, Georgia, where he is a Sergeant in the US Army, during WWI. After the war they moved back to Oklahoma, where they are living in Hope Township of Stephens County (Marlow county seat) for the 1930 census.
The age reported does not match from 1920 to 1930 censuses. In 1920, Edward is 21 years old, a year older than his wife Ouida. This seems to fit. In 1930, the recorded age is 35, while Ouida is 30. I am following the age in the 1920 census, yielding a birth year of 1899.
